Many came to support and enjoyed the exceptional Pancake Breakfast, prepared by the Men of St. Theresa's and Vienna First Baptist Churches. The men from both churches hosted this fundraiser for The Daybreak Pregnancy Resource Center, a non-profit organization providing comprehensive support and compassionate care for families in Crisp, Dooly and Wilcox Counties.

St. Theresa (Church of the Little Flower) under Fr. Paulinus Okpala has a distinguished and varied history. Its origins began shortly after the passing of its patroness St. Teresa of Lisieux, who harbored deep devotion for missionaries and the small missions they served. Though unable to become a missionary herself as a cloistered Carmelite nun, she pledged that upon reaching heaven, she would spiritually assist missions with her prayers. As she wrote in her autobiography, "There will be no longer any cloister and grilles, and my soul will be able to fly with you in distant lands." St. Theresa's is a welcoming, vibrant multicultural Roman Catholic community.

Vienna First Baptist Church, a congregation with a growing membership, has many active ministries that provide service, support, fellowship, and outreach that extend far beyond the walls of the church building. At VFBC, you will hear the word “gospel” repeatedly because it is the most important truth that we can know and experience. The gospel is not merely a message that needs to be shared with non-Christians, but also with Christians. It is not something that mature Christians move on from, but rather something that they move deeper into. We serve a good and perfect God. The nations are His dwelling, and our lives are His vessels. We have compassion for the poor, and our hearts are open to the rich. We believe God wants to prosper those who believe and are generous for His purpose.

The contribution from this fundraiser for Daybreak will significantly impact mothers, fathers, and infants in our local area and beyond. Your donation will substantially benefit our tri-county region of Crisp, Dooly, and Wilcox.
